South Eastern Junior Cricket Association (SEJCA) was founded in 1989 as dedicated Junior Cricket Association to facilitate junior cricket competitions, development programs, and representative pathways throughout the south eastern suburbs of Sydney. SEJCA provides a vital link between grassroots club cricket and elite grade competitions in affiliation with Cricket NSW.
It operates in partnership with member local clubs, local councils, and local Grade clubs. The primary Junior Cricket clubs that feed into and operate under the SEJCA umbrella include:
- Eastern Suburbs Junior Cricket Club (ESCC)
- Randwick Junior Cricket Club (RJCC)
- South Sydney Mount Carmel Junior Cricket Club (SSMC)
- Sydney Coastal Junior Cricket Club (SCCC)
SEJCA is highly active in offering advanced development and representative opportunities for emerging cricket talent. The association selects and fields teams across multiple boys' and girls' age divisions and competes in the NSW Metro Youth Championships. Additionally, the association frequently collaborates with Cricket NSW to provide specialist skill development and off-season coaching academies for its players.
